Steve a suggestion:

I'm not trying to tell you how to run your sight. But do suggest that both you and Doug go back to the way way old days when posts were closed because a member called out a SV (or another member) for an order statis, or tracking number, or why wasn't this shipped, or check your email or anything else that did not affect the rest of the board. I remember when they were oftenly closed. Lately most of them just stay open and drift off.
