Hey KR1,

I have a couple questions about your PIAA airdam. Did you paint yours to match the arizona beige or does it come in beige? Does it use the stock fog lights or lamps and wiring at least?

Do you have any pictures of it on your KR? I would like to see them.

dufunnel...it comes black plastic, I had it painted, the body shop did it as a favor for my Dad (he's been in the auto industry for years) and didn't put enough flex additive in and there is some peeling...they are going to repaint it when I get around to taking it off. There are NO lights, they're extra. The factory lights don't fit...you can use the original fog wiring and splice into the hi-beam for the driving lights if you opt for them. I'll post some pictures next week. I'm off on vaca to the National Home Shoe in Chicago for the next 4 days.

pkagel,

Our application runs ontop of the Notes Workspace and utilizes it for mail rounting. We don't mess with the core programming so can't help you with why Lotus did what they did to Notes. It has many frustrating aspects to it that's for sure.

King Ranch1,
I do own the cover and enjoy it alot. I don't need to get into the back all the time and acbell is correct it does really dress the truck up I think it cost me about $350.00 it was a "snap" to install and if you don't get the rear of the cover aligned up correctly it will leak but with some adjustments and aligning it keeps the water and snow out. It is somewhat combersom if you are always getting into the back of the bed but like I said, I basically have it for the looks and it does look good. You can see it at the following link. There are no holes to drill and it does not open like a hard shell. Dufunnel helped me put it back on the truck when I picked up a liner from him last year. https://www.f150online.com/galleries...ew.cfm?num=936

If this forum is not dead yet I found a site where you can order or just look at everything out of Ford's accessory catalog.

http://fordparts.com/acatalog/?make=...ing%20Ranch%20(Can%20Also%20Be%20Used%20With%20All%20SuperCrew%2 0Models)

Correct me if I'm wrong but, aren't these things around $400 new from one of the websites like fordpartsnetwork.com?

The auction is at $330 right now and I suspect it'll go a little higher.

Just me but, I think I'd go with the extra $ and get the new one. Just me though... hehehe

It's even worse than that rockpick...it's $319 new. I see people do this all the time on Ebay...they get all caught up bidding on stuff they don't know the value of. I've seen motorcycle parts right out of the current harley davidson accessory catalog (current products readily available, not antique) go for over MSRP when several dealers on the net are known to sell everything in the catalog at 20% off MSRP. Here is the cover

http://fordparts.com/acatalog/?make=Ford&model=F-150%20SuperCrew&year=2002&category=King%20Ranch%20 (Can%20Also%20Be%20Used%20With%20All%20SuperCrew%2 0Models)

newsflash: yeah I know the link doesn't work right...but look in the accessory catalog at fordparts.com.

The auction is over and some moron (sorry if it is someone here....really sorry) just paid $394 plus shipping for a used $319 cover.

I'm startin to get an idea for a home business here.....buy new stuff at full retail and overprice it on ebay......I mean he was bidding against some guy who dropped out at $389.....to avoid doing any actual work i will be selling franchises to my idea....anybody wanna be the first?

Yeah. For some people, ebay is like gambling or alcohol.

I don't know about you folks but I price shop like a mad man before a big purchase. Gotta save money for gas for my beast.

I too shop around for weeks before I purchase something. If I don't know what it's worth, I don't bid on it on ebay.
