Hi KRO8 -

It's and A.R.E. cap, here's their webpage: http://www.4are.com/

They use real automotive paint on their products, and it matches the truck perfectly.

I needed it to secure things like our mountain bikes (and food, from the bears) when we go camping. Mine has "lift up" windows on both sides to make it easier to get in to the bed. The cap is fastened to the bed by "C-clamps" so it's really easy to take off and put on (with a helper).

It was purchased and installed by a local company here in Tucson - Arizona Truck Outfitters.

Put a heavy blanket under and behind their car seats! (I'm really not kidding!)

Next, of course, you try to get all food and drink consumption OUT of the truck. Lots of luck! (It's one thing when YOU do it - you're careful! But, everyone else - )

Ah, well, this is what leather cleaners and condtioners are for. Have fun!

Not to be a stick in the mud (although, most will communicate that I am one, right John? LOL!) but, let's try to keep this thread along the lines of a 'meet and greet'.

Feel free to spin a new thread - or muster up an old one - if you want!

Got a 2006 F150 2WD King Ranch Dark Stone.
Looking for the best dual exhaust and cai systems for ford. We had a 2500hd silverado that took on a Mack Truck and lost the battle, so im new to the Ford family. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello again. I guess you can consider me "new". I'm back after a couple year hiatus. Lots of things going on in my life and just now getting back into it. I'm one of the original guys and still have my 01 that I bought new in May 01. It's completely different these days, but it turns heads more than ever these days, and can hold its own at the quarter mile too.
