Changed the grille to the Lariet I HATED THAT CHEAP LOOKING PLASTIC GRILLE GUARD

2007 4X2 long wheel base Super Crew Forest Green on order, every option except for navigation. Haven't thought yet about modifications other than removing the stock running boards.

Amber ???

Thanks 04

Actually got lenses that not only have the turn bulbs changed to clear/blue, but also the amber sides were removed.

The bulb is now all clear.

I'll be posting as soon as I figure out how to.

Okay I have to post this video clip. I'm sorry, but since I might be the first lifted and blown KR on here, I just couldn't resist I hope you all enjoy seeing a lifted KR turn the tires over this easy. I even backed out of the throttle part way through.

well, there are a lot of different factors here... my speed on the interstate is about 82 to 83 mph... yeah slightly over the 75 mph max., but how cars on here... wind is also a player cause it sucks for being lifted... going from Cheyenne, WY to Kearney, NE last week i think it came out to almost 14 mpg... it was like 13.7 or .8. I haven't checked it since i got home, but i might go fill it up tomorrow... I know that coming back, I usually have more head wind and I also have a lot more hills to climb... I mean really I'm about 6000+ feet and central Nebraska is just over 2000 ft i believe... i know it drank more fuel coming back to Cheyenne... it's nice having the power there though when you need it...

Hi
This is a polite request...so don't read anything untoward into it.....
We would like to keep this thread just for new members to register an interest in the KR forum.
Apart from a few polite "welcomes", that way we can keep a track of the ever increasing interest in the KR branding.

By all means feel free to discuss your wheels/lifts/drops on the forum with a regular thread.

Thanks !

Lenny.

After running through that string of posts, I was going to post EXACTLY the same thing.

Please crank up a new thread for topic talk... this thread is designed more as the 'welcome wagon'.

sorry everyone, i just got carried away. i did start a new thread for the things that i have done to my truck with the video. i think a few of us can admit to this though. after all we do own the sharpest truck that ford makes and when we add things or customize it we like to show it off or talk about it. some of us might forget that this is a thread to only welcome and meet past, present, and future KR owners. again sorry especially to RockPick and Lenticular for pointing this out.

Thumbs up judedwar

judedwar here in indianapolis, in.

im 24 and first time ford owner. previous was a 96 dodge ram 1500 aka 'the beater.' i didn't have much luck with my dodge so i'm hoping for the best w/ my king ranch.

2001 Ford King Ranch Supercrew Cab Charcoal Blue.

33" BFG tires, Limo Tint, K & N Filter, and a Pioneer head unit is the only mod's i've made but i'm planning big things for this truck.

im looking forward to hearing what everyone has to say .

I just traded in my last truck for a very clean 12,000 mile 2005 F150, Dark Stone King Ranch with a Century Color matched fiberglass tonneau cover.

My wife loves and 17 month old daughter love the truck as much as I do!

The mountains and bad roads here in Central PA will test the 5.4 a little!
