Very useful Rock Pick! I think I've even made my decision. Maybe put the order in tomorrow.

You have led me to the candy store, now can you tell me what color you have decided on.

Honestly, I rate them this way.
Dark Copper
Black
White
Aspen Green
Dark Stone

Just my 2 cents
Chris
Edited

Dark Copper and Black a very tough choice if I had to do it again.
I think the Satin Green offered on the F250 is awesome.

Loved the old green that was on some of the 01-03's. I think that is was maybe called Estate Green?!? I love the new Copper but was a little worried about it being way too popular...seems like 4 out of 5 that I see on this board or at dealerships are the Copper.

Oxford White is for me....hoping for a Christmas (a white X-mas!) week or so delivery...here are the specs:

2005 F150 Lariat
Oxford White/Arizona Beige
King Ranch Package
Adjustable Pedals
Engine Block Heater (std here in in Minnesnowta!)
Skid Plates
Power Moonroof
Trailer Tow Package
Homelink
Premium 6 CD w/MP3
P/U Bed Extender
Reverse Sensing System
5 U.S. Gal Gas

No sliding rear window as we need the rear window defrost up here in the north! Cannot wait to be part of the club. Hoping that the Ford incentives are even better than now at delivery ($1500 here in MN now)!

I'll stick with Henry Ford's quote when it comes to color selection...."You can have any color you want, as long as it's black."

Yeah, I am. I've been, generally, brain scrambled here lately with work related issues. I'll save you the gory details but, there are two positions that I'm considering. One of which requires me to change companies; the other is just relocation with the same company.

Today was to be a key day in this whole decision making process but, the meeting fell through because of things outside of my control. I'm just antsy. Big time. Stressed out too.

This is a CRITICAL juncture in my career and one of the roads that is in front of me provides exactly where I think I want to move with my life; the other is in the general direction. I've been so focused on figuring out how to make option #1 work out that I've lost sight of several other things (including #2 for the most part).

I've lost about all of the sleep that I can handle with this situation and I'm running on fumes thus, forgive me if I sound a bit jumbled and ramble...

'06 Here I come

I know I will take a beating for this, buuuut, I am not thrilled with the color choices this year.

The Black and White are available on other '05 models, so there is not the distinction I would look for. The Grey is too much contrast to the Castano, IMO. The Copper is nice, if you are a Longhorn fan. Then Green, which I have never been a fan of green, for anything except money.

So...can you add a line for: "Waiting for '06"?

RP,

Can you throw this picture of the Dark Stone out there. This look is very nice. I would have to change my standing on the Dark Stone if it showed up looking like this.

Link to EBAY auction of Dark Stone KR

Look at the difference from the side photo to the bed photo, I think this is an interesting color really changes with the lighting. Which so does my Dark Copper, showing it today in the morning really brought out the burnt orange.
