Leather wearing @ 7K

Yes,
The leather in these trucks is damn nice...
but I've King Ranched conditioned 3X's and the stuff is wearing...
This is not like the leather couch inside the house...
Should I procure seat covers?
Sheesh seat covers will hide one of the best parts of the truck!

What are you gents with more mile and wear experiencing?

In what way is it wearing......I think a lot of forum members will have done more miles than that and have not mentioned excessive wear.

You have been added to the "list" of KR forum regulars !

Cheers and welcome !

Francis,

Welcome to our little clan. Glad to have you.

As far as the leather care is concerned. We've beat that horse to death many times over...

Check out the following links to learn of our past experiences with everything from the Ford/KR Leather Conditioner to Lexol to Fiebings to Connolly...

https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...lexol+fiebings

There are many others so, if you desire more information, try a search within the King Ranch forum for 'conditioner'. I have a feeling that you'll get upwards of 30+ hits.

Again, welcome to the 'club'.

Hi Sarman.....

Go to Photo Galleries (At the side of this page)....click on it then create yourself a gallery with your screen name, and then upload pictures from wherever you store them.
You can then click on the picture that you want to display here and you will be given a "Forum Code" at the top of the pic.
Click on that then copy the forum code that appears and paste onto your reply.

Voila....your pic.
Sounds complicated but follow it step by step and you'll get there.

Whoa

I hope I didn't offen anyone with the leather/cloth posts. Remeber! Ford makes the best trucks! It dosen't matter if it's XLT or KR They're Ford and they're the best!

Oh and Len, about the rental cars, you say they weren't leather... I don't guess they were Ford if they burnt you :-)

And here's a point we all agreee on: Vinyl is the worst

Now y'all can go on with your thread, I guess I shouldn't have butted in in the first place

Butt in when you like !

That's what makes these forums fun.

An occasional curve ball to make us react and come out of the KR stupor !!

Bloom... heck no man... we're all pretty darn easy to get along with. An occasional rebuttal is necessary. It's all in good fun.

Lyman... WELCOME TO OUR CLAN! Glad to have you.

We're seeing alot of folks come out of the woodwork for this. It's looking more promising and I think... I think... it's going to become a reality.

Still need final authorization... this boat hasn't taken on much water at all...

Logical..

Great to have you in the saddle again. Welcome back.

I believe that we're on the brink of getting approval but, at this exact moment, it hasn't become a reality yet.

Stay tuned.
