Just got here - new truck!

I previously owned an '04 F150, RC, 2x4, 4.6L, and went truck shopping last Friday. I didn't seriously think they would meet my demands, but they did....

..and I ended up leaving with a '13 F150 5.0L 4x4 XLT, with a $24K note.

Glad to be here!

Sounds like you got a great deal that you're stoked about! Re-welcome!

I looked Project 86 up out of curiosity and they're pretty darn good! That kind of music is right up my ally, especially with a message behind it.

Yup. I'm not the kind of guy to stand on street corners with clapboards - more the kind of guy to live my life and try to be a decent example - but I'm also the kind of guy who is unapologetic about what I believe. That line pretty much says it all for me.

BTW - there's other stuff out there too. They're some of the lighter stuff I listen to. LOL Demon Hunter is an example, as is The Showdown.

The quote in my signature from Toby Keith says the same about me! (though about another belief obviously) I'll be sure to check their other stuff out. Thanks for turning me onto them

Well, as far as patriotism goes:

- 1994-2003 - Navy (active)
- 2003-2011 - Army (reserves)
- 2008 - present - civil service employee (IT work supporting the troops)

So I'm right there with ya boss.

Thanks for your thanks; but as with most veterans, I didn't do it for recognition; I did it because I wanted to serve.
