What are some things to add to the interior to make it look nicer or cooler? (Excluding seat covers, mats, and carpet)

Keeping the interior detailed and clean makes it look cooler and gives people a good impression more than any dohicky thingamabob you can buy....

Exactly. Neat and clean always wins out, that includes hanging crap from rear
view mirrors.

I always keep my truck clean and detailed, but I like keeping it slightly decorated, and in a manly way. More than a visor and Costas, and sometimes an occasional bow tie hanging from the rear-view mirror.

i found a rear veiw mirror in my shop with two built in lights with switches on the mirror, easy install and better then the over head ones(my big head blocks the light from them anyway)

buckets with a console is a good mod if you currently have a bench

As long as you have the Lariat black leather interior, preferably detailed and cleaned in the Pinnacle leather interior care kit, you don't need anything else cause life is good.

Well I have no idea what trim level your truck is, but if it's a lower model (like mine) you can upgrade to higher end parts.

Ex: Vents with the chrome trim, Gauge cluster with a Tach, Center Console, things like that. eBay, Craig's List and the Classifieds here are your friends.

^ beat me to it, zombie.

Little additions, like the chrome bezeled air vents, floor mat retention hooks, etc. I have added, have given the interior a whole new look. Once I get the FT console shifter functional (keeping fingers crossed for this weekend) and and the endcap covered, my lil STX will be one unique truck.

I also agree that keeping the interior clean draws the most attention. Rags, vacuums and Armor All are good friends

All I did was add chrome inside door handles and chrome door lock plungers asde from keeping it clean. I do have a Sirius unit suctioned to the lower corner of the w/shield and a newer Pioneer head unit which are hardly noticed. LED lights replace courtesy lights too inside, nice practical upgrade. I hate it when people do crappy spray painting on every plastic piece or add Tazmanian devil steering wheel covers and floor mats.

My interior is the dark graphite and the exterior is the deep wedgewood blue. Also forgot to mention I added UPR HVAC controls and door switch covers adding to the billet stuff.
