believe it or not, I've been using baby wipes for years.. just be sure to buy some that have Lanolin in them..

they work great.. they clean and remove all dust very easily, and I believe the Lanolin protects the dash/doors/etc. from sun fading and drying/cracking..

good luck!

I never have liked those silicone based products, but I now use Lexol vinyl protectant. I also use their leather cleaner/conditioner too.
It's the best out there. It's what dealers use on Jags, Ferraris, Lambos, etc.

Believe it or not, I use the Ford Vinyl and Leather cleaner. I think it works really good on the dash (I don't use it on my leather seats though). The last bottle I bought was only $3.50 at the dealer.

I wipe my truck down with a Swiffer rag. Then give it a going over with Tannery Leather and Vinyl Care. Works great, makes my truck smell like new all over again. I have cloth seats so I just keep them touched up with ScotchGuard and vacumn them often.

Gotta go with the "Ford Vinyl/Leather cleaner. Been using it for years and seems to work the best out of all the other products I have tried and best of all every Ford dealer seems to carry it and easy to get!

Cheaper at half the price to boot!!!!

Try it...you'll like it!

Ford vinyl cleaner is the best! I have tried alot of vinyl cleaning products, and many take the color off the plastic dash pieces.
Tuff Stuff is the worst,it left light spots on the dash(SCARY) After that,I use Armorall "Detailers Advantage". It shines up the dash and door panels, but it's not super glossy like some silicone protectants. It gives a nice satin look. The last time I put it on was at least 6 months ago,and it still looks the same!!,,,,,98

I agree with the Ford Vinyl Cleaner. It's not oily or smell.

I use Armor all on on the cop cars I wash, because they supply it (that is my job on the side, I love it!) and every time I give the dash a going over there is always a brown residue that comes off. I spoke to a detailer and he said that the armor all regular, I don't know about the detailer's advantage, burns in the sun and can turn your dash white or brown. Just a heads up for you if you notice that it is burning on your dash switch quick. I told the staff sargent about this and he said they only keep them for 2 yrs so why worry about it, he said it give a great shine and they get it for free What else could you ask for?
