let it set for a day and put on a second coat...also mist your engine bay with it...it also does the mirrors and door seals and bed caps...only thing to stay away from is the clear cover for the gauges...it seems to make it a little foggy over time...also try the 303 frabric protectant if you have cloth seats,,great stuff

I have used 303 Protectant for years in my boat and all of my vehicles and I think it is great! not a glossy, oily shine like Armor All and supposedly blocks UV rays.

I have heard that armor can actually lead to the cracks in the dash that used to be common in older cars. Has anyone else heard that and would this product be capable of doing the same thing? Where can you purchase it? Currently I just wipe everything down with a damp cloth and it seems to do alright.

The old armor all contained harmful types of silicone which, indeed, did cause cracking and such with OLDER STYLE dashboards. Our dashboards are ENTIRELY different and won't crack in the same manner (the old ones were foam rubber coated with a heavy duty vinyl coating -- Ours are plastic composite).

Plus, AA has changed it's forumulation because of it's past reputation. AA is actually a 'decent' product however; I don't stock it in my aresonal of protectants.

Vinylex for me.

Try camping worlds web site. http://www.campingworld.com/browse/p...12&prodID=1941

I have used this for years on my RV and my cars. I bought a gallon years ago and I still have half of it.
