sweet, I picked up a set of 4 pc units in black, to repalce the ones I have now. The ones I have now are aftermarket, with halos and leds in them, but the halos don't work, nor do half the leds.

ok, so my new 4 piece lights, I can't get to align for beans, there is over a 1/2" gap between the pieces, and it looks horrible. not sure what to do at this point?

EDIT: I may need to try and look up some youtube videos or something, I really can't figure out how to get those clips in place on their tracks and have the long screws pass through the holes at the same time

maybe there isn't anything wrong with my new headlight housings.....

also, is there a relay I can replace to get rid of the hyper flash of my LED turn signals? or do I need to try and add a resistor to the system at the light?

Thank you for the link. Ha, I swear you are the only person still alive on this forum!

glad to know it is a flasher relay, like my motorcycle. On my lancer, there is no flasher, it's computer controlled, so I just deal with the hyperflash

I might look at getting a slyvania silverstar corner bulb in a 3157 though instead

The 3157 led bulb I got, doesn't appear to be a dual filament, so more like a 3156

I will. Just the lights I ended up going with was a set, and the corners sucked (one actually fell out about an hour ago), so I got different corner lamps that also have no yellow reflector. I also found some switching LED lights, they are white always on, and yellow when the signal or hazards is on

also doing a billet grill and a chrome header shell

Not yet. It's on the low priority list right now.

I have an truck day planned tomorrow with higher priority items

Ok, so this took me over an hour, and I still have to put my dash back together.... the new relay is larger than oe, and thus, won't allow the cover of the little box back on. Oh well. The new relay works, no more hyperflash!!!!! Just had to take apart half the dash! It is located above the obd2 port all up in there. You actually can't remove the way it is mounted, well at least not without quite a bit more work.

and my new lights are sweet. Amber turns, and white the rest of the time when parking lights are on.

here are my new corner lamps and headlights. All black insides, with clear lenses.

I am running some LED headlight bulbs I bought as well

better pics may come tonight when you can actually see them

Setup:

Gap :

Corner with bulb off:

white corner:

yellow corner:
