You really might want to consider signing back up at the Community college and taking an effective communications course.

This post does not convey that concept.

No. LEDs don't have any proper optics to control light spread/beam width. You'd blind the hell out of everyone....<snip>...
Your general statement on LEDs is what caused the correction. Now you are releasing information from the eyedropper on you are testing some high end LED lighting.

I think t is the 60* solstice version of the lamp for a fog pattern.

This would not be the one to use for a retro case.
Vision X has 4 beam patterns to them, might have to switch lines ( solstice line to the other square pod ones ).
They also have some nice looking round retro fit ones for the Dodge and GM trucks that might work in the factory opening on the Ford.
I did not measure on this, I am working on the Hella 90mm H7 fog lamp module retro fit in the stock location at the moment.

How cute. Ad Hominem. Pretty soon you'll drop to the last stage of argument- name calling. Let's stay on topic, children.

That is not name calling, that is a suggestion to help you.
Name calling would be along the lines of
You moron, if you had any clue on....
See the difference ?

I took the Decker one a few decades ago, and learned quite a bit.

On topic; you made an incorrect post, and now are modifying it to fit your needs.
I do see you did another google search and found something else to copy & paste on the site here.

This would be a DIY retro.
They don't make kits like the jeep ones from Sound off Signal.

That might be a route to use as a starting point for a DIY retro. ?? Would require some work, but might be worth it ???
