How would this HID setup look for a 2007 F150 FX4

Looking to add the following HIDs for a 2007 F150 FX4 - http://imgur.com/8mDTt

HID Lights:
  • DDM Tuning - http://www.ddmtuning.com
  • Headlights: 55w 5000k, H13/9008 Hi/Low Beam
  • Fog Lights: 35w 5000k, H10/9145
  • HID Harness, Dual in, Dual out via DDM Tuning

Will Apply:
  • Bambi Mod
  • Calibrate Lights(align them)
  • Disable Perimeter Lighting

What are your thoughts? am i missing anything or need to change any of this or add anything else?

I am a bit worried about the harness and that type of stuff, was looking through http://www.theretrofitsource.com, but wasnt sure if the ddm harness would work fine.

Just say no to DDM.

Save yourself a lot of flaming and tell everyone that you've changed your mind and are planning on running projectors

Go with retro fitted heads, and retrosolution HIDs or Mortimotos.

Read through the how to link below and decide if it's something you can do, or want.

https://www.f150online.com/forums/20...-retrofit.html

Edit: If you don't want to use the FX-R projector like in the how to, you can use a MH1 projector that screws into the bulb hole. No cutting the bowl required, but the MH1 is a smaller projector.

I have 6k in my headlights, fogs which are in my stock housing. Theres nothing wrong with having them in the stock housing, some people hate it and some people like it.

I don't hate the PNP kits....but the oem reflector bowl and oem reflective coating ARE ONLY INTENDED TO BE USED WITH A STOCK RATED HALOGEN BULB APPLICATION....

HID's have a different focal point and light source...

The US Customs and Border Protection, NHTSA, and USDOT, along with many other people well-versed in lighting laws and conditioning all disagree with you. They cause glare and unsafe operations for oncoming motorists.

Laws are laws but honestly, I dont give a crap what they say. You can pull people over all day because of window tint but we still have it illegal. Same with hid's, you can pull me over but unless you want to pay me for how much they cost, Im not taking them out. Screw what the law thinks, before you know it, they will be able to tell you when you can and cant take a dump.

There are moral laws and then there are safety laws. Your dumps, underage drinking, and marijuana are all moral laws. Tint is on the fence in my opinion, but HIDs, crash test ratings, and seatbelts are safety laws. You'll get yours soon. FHP has already begun a strict campaign against illegal HIDs here.

Nobody here gets pulled over for HIDs. At least 15-20% of vehicles on the road in my area have the PnP kits, and most are in the 8000k+ range. Its getting pretty bad. Hopefully they start cracking down because they are so damn annoying. I don't even bother giving people 15000 lumens of high beam anymore, they just don't get it.
