Patman,

Love that rear fog set-up on your truck. I have a SI/DO Flow that the tips exit at 45 on my '08...would there be room to run a similar set-up on my truck?

Those are just the cheap fogs from Wal-Mart so they don't take up much space at all, do they?

yea you could mount them inboard from the corners a little and still have them be functional.

yea they are 4" diameter IIRC they're pretty small

whoa wait, if one works without a ground, then its pulling its ground through the other light. You need to fully ground both lights and they should both work

you were right. the other wasnt grounded correctly. the first was drawing its ground from the base of the light because I had it mounted...unlike the one I thought was broken. so now my question is where is a good place to ground them? they wont ground on teh frame but will on my exhaust tips...but I obviously dont want to drill into those lol.

Any existing bolts that are on are the frame or bumper will work as a ground. Under the cab there are little tabs sticking off of the frame and I used that as a ground with a nut and bolt. I'm not sure if there are any at the back of the frame, but it shouldn't be hard to find a ground near the bumper.

Its goin great! got all of the wires and lights mounted, pulld the pwer wire thru the firewall on the drivers side and pulled the source thru the grommet under the plastic rail guard. routed both behind the console and out thru the hole where I took out the lighter plug plastic piece. Im going to do my panel like jackedup.

Hardrock3472, I was going to ask how you had them grounded and it looks like Pat got you all squared away. Sorry I did not get back to you sooner I was at my step sons Kart race and it's a pain to answer from my phone.

no worries dsq.

Well I just finished it all. the only problem is I put the switches like 1/8 of an inch too wide on the panel so it doesnt go back in all the way, but it stays and I cant redrill them so ill just live with it. ill get some pictures later
