Was just surfing thru some kinda old threads (from 2011) Read a few posts from when you were totally against retrofits ha. What happened to that guy ha

 

I'm sorry for cluttering up the forum, but what exactly entails being a part of the "retro fit member section", what would I have to do to become a memeber, and does mine have to look so goofy... I want the retrofit kit with the right lights, even had a tech chat and have me the perfect setup for what I wanted... Again I apologize, new to the forums and was just curious... 😎

 

You just need to have your headlights retrofitted, that's it! What looks goofy?

 

Just throwing a HID in a reflector bucket doesn't count as a retrofit. Ha

They can look however you want. That's the best part they can be customized to your own taste, any way you want.. Don't be afraid to be creative and think outside the box.

I finally hooked up my Matchboxes for quad-hibeams. Going to have to wait 6 months for the sun to set before pics though :P

 

And just some of the ones I've seen look "goofy" but all the ones I've seen in this thread don't, specially the white '02 that was posted.. I want that look but blue- Nice trucks BTW- I'll get mine there one day... Lol & Well, I wish u could say "Hey, added you to the list..." But, my windshield, rear end, and o2 sensors are shot... 😔 so tilt be a while, unless y'all know of any for sale on the cheaper and of things.. Nothing in the "classifieds" that I've seen or than have been answered... Can anyone recommend a bulb replacement for an FX2 2013 Fog Lights? The HID head lights seem to leave the front side areas unlit and hard to see at night. I'm thinking if i increase the fog lamp wattage it will fill in this side gap.

 

9145 is the biggest you can go without melting the housings.
Try to use something without blue tint.
