If you compare the locking tabs on the two bulbs very carefully, you'll see that one tab is just a bit bigger. You can "finesse / influence" the bulb by moving it around a bit as you twist and it will eventually go it. Or, if you're adventurous, you can take a small pair of diagonal cutters and trim the tab - which I've done successfully several times.

And as I've said before, this is the only safe modification I've used and recommended - many times. It will also give you a bigger increase in usable light (that doesn't **** off oncoming drivers) than anything else out there. Too bad it only works with the rectangular fogs on the newer trucks and the 1997 - 1998 fogs.

Bright white H13 bulbs will be the brightest and have the best visibility.

Are you trolling? Bright white? Is that some new high-quality manufacturer we've never even heard of?

I just installed the H13 Silverstar Ultra zXe's and the 9005 Silverstar Ultra zXe's this past weekend. A big difference over the stock, but the stockers were also 9 years old too.
