Headlight lens sealing question.

Headlight lens sealing question.

so, i have a headlight i bought to replace the one that has a giant hole in it. Anyway, i got a headlight from a toatlled powerstroke, and the lens is seperated from the rest of the light. What is teh proper adheisive to use?

Butyl glue. Atleast that's what i used when i had to seal my headlights.

Just about anything will work, butyl rubber, epoxy, silicone, super glue...
