Take the controls out and make sure nothing got disconnected and then work from there. It's a pretty simple system.

2003 XLT AC control

I have taken the controls out, but didn't see anything wrong. Anyone have a idea what to chase down now? I tried YouTube but there's nothing for a manual selector.

After the selector, the system is the same as the electronic.

I have a feeling the blend door is stuck. Or has debris; infestation/leaves, etc.

Thanks, it helps a lot if it's the module. I'll try it and see.

Seems you were asking about this issue on a different forum a couple of days ago. Did you ever follow up on the details I provided in that thread?
