You're probably tired of people hitting you up.....but if possible I would like the instructions also. My Blend Door is out on my 99 F150 and I want to remove the dash and fix it.

03 vent problem
Hey guys, on my 2003 Supercrew with climate control, i cant get it to switch to floor, it will switch from defrost, to vent, and back alright, but when you go from vent, or def, to floor, nothing happens, the air still comes out the def, no matter what i do, i cant get any air to come out the floor vents. It will switch from hot to cold, so whatever does that is working.
am i correct that the blend door that you guys are speaking of, controls the hot and cold air flow, or does it determine what vents the air comes out of.
I would really appreciate any advice, before i just let the dealership tear into it

Heater core replacement instructions
AlanT, can I get a copy of those instructioans as well. Just made an 8 hour round trip and 2 hours into it the windows started to fog and the smell of anti-freeze was terrible. Shut off the heater and froze the rest of the trip! Please email to trarden@smurfit.com
