The VIN decodes to a 2000 2wd Supercab Flareside with a 5.4. It does not differentiate between trim levels.

It's a fake. It's not on my VIN list. I was the Manager at Ford that ran the partnership from 1999 through 2004. I have VIN vs Seq number lists for 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003. All the Harley trucks started with 2FTRL. Only LENO's was S/C. I took it to our shop and had an SVT powertrain swapped into it then gave Leno the keys. Hope this helps.

They started building the 00's on april 30th i believe and I know mine was made on may 18th. Don't think that they made almost 9K HD's that quick, especially since mine was one of the first HD's in jersey. Also, i've heard different numbers of the amount of HD's made for 00 (anywhere from 7 to 7500) but i know mine's not number 89886. Believe me, we would have caught on a long time ago if the vin and build number matched up. The numbers on the vin account for ALL the vehicles that rolled off the assembly plant, not just the HD's so thats why they don't match up. Good luck though finding out the truth.
I'm a little late on this but all the 2000 MY HD's had the VIN/Seq plates sent to the owners because we didn't/couldn't get the laser engraver up and running for launch. From 2001 on we etched them in plant. We built 8092 units incl 8 $P units. Leno's unit was the first 4P. We put the SVT S/C engine in it at engineering.
