How do u guys get them open

 

FIRST OFF, make sure the lense is extremely clean. Any fingerprints left on will be baked into the lense. Then I preheated oven to 260, wrapped cookie sheet in foil & put headlight on it. I put in for 7min exactly and used a putty knife to get it started.

 

Its better to lay it on cardboard or something non-metallic

 

I think I'm gonna mount mine from the backside. So I can alleviate the lack of coverage from the E-55 shrouds. We have the same lights Raptor, whatcha think? I checked and it looks like I'll have plenty of room behind the headlights in the truck for clearance.

 

Goin from the back side of the housing worked GREAT with the E55-R shrouds. SUPER happy with em. I think it gives a good nearly OEM look.

 

Well I have LOTS of aiming and thinking to do bout how I'm gonna correct massive aiming issues. :-(
