Well I finally made the purchase for a Canadian order.
Talk about painful. I tried entering in my address several of the recomended ways to get around the problems with their website. Trying to pay using MC, it would just keep refeshing the screen, and yes everything was correct and filled out. So I tried not entering the group code, and then it allows me to continue to the next screen, but then it hung up on that screen. So I reluctantly tried using paypal, again same thing, but if I don't enter the group code, then it allowed me to continue to finish the transaction. I typed in the message box the group code and tried to explain what was happening, and I emailed the TRP, so I had better be getting a credit back from the $440USD that I was charged. This was the most painful online purchase ever, I just hope now that I am not ripped off.

nvrenuff, I didn't have nearly as many problems as you. The only problem I came accross was they didn't have any provinces and I had to select Canada as my province and put my province in with the city. The reason why it's not working all that great for Canadians is because they never shipped to Canada and are making an exception for our group buy.

dude how are we supposed to order now?I know It could have been done earlyer but I just secured the funds needed. If I choose next day, when will I get it vesus the regular ground.?

Someone please help on bringing that site back up please. or else some of us will be srewed

Most vendors, if they have your Email, will email you when the shipment is made with a tracking number. I've found the tracking info on UPS & FEDEX to be pretty accurate.

I know what you mean about the website being down - I was just about to pull the trigger around 8 p.m. CST when I got the maintenance message. If I read the message correctly, the maintenance period is 2 hours, which means the site should be back up at approximately 10 p.m. CST. Hopefully it's no later than that. Wonder what I should do in the meantime...

Yeah, that's the ticket!

What gives? I havent yet been charged and I was one of the early buyers. Anybody else waiting for a charge to show up? Hope everything is ok with my order.

10pm cst and no go.................. I will try as late as I can till my midnight( i live in houston....cst) So i would think my time up would be 12am-cst. If it doesnt work, is there anything that can be done? Maybe a 1 day extension if it isn't too much to ask for? Hopefully the site goes back up before mid-night.

Only thing I can think of is if someone has the email address for TRP so that we could let them know we tried to order before the deadline and could not get on the site. I need to get to bed - 5 a.m. will be here before I know it...

TICAL, did you pay using paypal or credit card? Were you billed the group rate initially or do they correct it after?


By the way, they won't take a group discount order over the phone, only online, I tried that last Friday when I was having problems with the site.
