we have not heard much from the testers, How have there trucks been lately? Fuel efficiency? anything busted yet? Have you beatr up on a chevy,dodge or nissan lately? How about those Texans

Sorry. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing around here. We are upgrading our shopping cart -- I didn't know it was happening for at least another week (and I'm the manager). IT guys didn't know we had a group buy in progress (they said it would only take two hours!!??).

Tell your friends, I will hold this group buy open through tomorrow. They need to email me after placing their order: Let me know they are in the group and whether they want overnight shipping or not.

RE: COUPONS –

Some of you are having problems with our coupons and some are not. If you are – IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT. We will soon be updating our program and correcting these coupon malfunctions.



RE: CREDIT CARD CHARGES –

We will correct all missed coupons and other errors when we capture your credit card.

Here are what the charges will be (as stated in our negotiations with Gordon T):

If the buy is 45 or less (but at least 30) -- $x33.33

If the buy is greater than 45 -- $x30.00

If the buy is 50 or greater -- $x27.00



Additional charges:

If you requested overnight freight – add $35.00

If you requested Canadian delivery – Add $17.00



MAKE CERTAIN IF YOU ADDED OVERNIGHT THAT WE KNOW IT!



These are the total charges you will see reflected on your credit card when we finalize the transactions.



RE: STOCK –

The parts are not in yet. Our distributor assures us they will be in by the end of the week.



RE: SHIPPING –

We will ship as soon as we have the minimum buy and the parts are available.

And thank you to Dean and Andy at TRP for extending the deadline one more time. I am very impressed with their fast response time! Just another reason to feel good about ordering from these guys...

By the way, they won't take a group discount order over the phone, only online, I tried that last Friday when I was having problems with the site.
I used PayPal. They charged me the retail price then I got an email from PayPal the next morning or the day after saying I had a refund.

If they don't, perhaps they will extend the group prices until the site is up. I also noticed that the codes (except for the 17% off) are no longer on the BargainPatrol page...

Probably need to call and/or email them to find out how they want us to do this.

After my grief with their website, I was charged full price on paypal for the unit, and credited back the difference overnight. Top notch quick service. Can't wait to get it!
