1992-1996 Operations Specialist on the USS Caron loved the job hated being away from the family at least 9 or 10 months out of the year. But loved it when we sent Saddam 12 Tomahawk Cruise missiles to get him back in line. Left as an E-5 and would go back if called, to send some Tomahawks to Osama!!

Served 8 years both in Guard and Active Army as a 27E. Land Combat Electronic System Repairer, or inflight missile tech as some would call us.

Served in Germany with 3rd ID, then our unit reflagged to 1st ID 299th FSB in Schweinfurt from 1994 to 1997.
