Short cab, short bed EcoBoost with 4.10s.

That is gonna be one helluva sweet ride--gotta dig into my dealership sites a lil deeper to see when it's coming. I can't wait to test drive one

Looks like single cab FX2, I think they should have gone with a 5.5' bed

Scab Raptor with 5.5' and Rcab 6.5' are the same wheelbase.

Never will be a "Lightning"....imo

Ford should've teamed up with roush and made it a 6.2 with a tvs on top....

more bang for the buck rather than a Tooter

I would think that the Lightning successor would be more powerful than the Lightning, so I wouldn't think that this would be a successor. Looks like a nice, fun truck though.

It would be more bang for a lot more bucks.
A FI 6.2 sounds like a great idea but it would really shorten up the market for the Tremor. If you add another $15k to the price for those upgrades they won't sell many.

Engine options would be nice; but, if you plan on staying stock, there probably isn't that much difference in straight line performance between a Lightning and this Tremor. Besides, exclusivity is one of the reasons someone buys a vehicle like this. It sure isn't practicality that inspires the purchase. The extra cash would cut down on how many of them you see going the other way, as well as give it the power someone needs in a heavy vehicle marketed to the sport-truck crowd.
