My diesel tractor kills fuel by warming it up and running #1... and my gas truck kills fuel by warming it up too.

Lose, lose situation. It's all about living in a cold climate.

 

My truck lost about 2 mpg with this crap. I wish theyd just leave it on the normal blend all year.

I was getting 16-17 mpg but on the last few tanks I got about 14.5 mpg.

Sucks but theres really not much I can do since I still need to drive it the same distance to work and back.

Its got new plugs, a newer fuel filter and new stock size tires.

 

Its summer all year round down here

 

And winter up here at about 10,000 feet above sea level almost all year. We don't even switch to the summer blend, I get 15MPG year around.

 

My mpg has decreased more due to driving in 2"+ of snow than the winter blend so far. Kinda sucks when your avg mpg shows 13 at 55mph....
