Bought a Dodge
While back I hauled a broke down dodge for a friend that had a bad fuel pump. Finally got that fixed with a new one, and found out the brake lines were all rusted through. Now she was in upside down on money, so I handed over a little bit of cash + services rendered and I own a Dodge. Need to come up with some kind of safety equipment to keep the ball joints from flying out and killing me.

Although for full disclosure, back in the day (late 80's - early 90's) I wanted to get a regular cab - short box variation of the old square-bodied Dodge Ram in the worst way! Even when they were new, they were kind of "time capsules" from a different era of automotive design and a bit stodgy in looks when compared to the new Fords and Chevys of the period, but for whatever reason that's exactly what was so cool about them to me!
I think the '91 -'93 models would have been the best ones to purchase, but by the time I could even think about being able to afford a new truck the "big-rig" look of '94 had come out and they kind of lost their appeal to me. Still, I wish I would have purchased one and kept it nice through all these years -- you don't see many of them on the road anymore and the ones that are left have generally been "beasts of burden" so to have one that was in excellent condition and running like a top would be kind of cool.....

I was in the same situation when I bought my truck, making your own brake lines is fun..

And I never thought about stacking and running into hay bales, then again I get sick of seeing them after bailing so I sure as heck don't wanna stack em to destroy something, even a dodge.

My buddy has a 92 ram charger with 10 inches total of lift on 38.5" super swamper tsl's with a dana 60 front dana 70 rear with 4.10's. He finished his 512 ci motor with ported edelbrock (forget which model) heads. Roller rockers, roller lifters, chunky roller cam (over .600 lift on the intake side) I forget which intake manifold but is definitely going to be his restriction. His bell housing was on back order and just got in. Then its pull it all apart, send the trans away to get the new bell housing put on with a manual valve body and trans brake. It is going to be an absolute monster.
