nice. i wish we had large bodies of water around here, i'd love to shoot some pics like that. not much scenery around here, gotta improvise haha. and yea, there's some sharpshooters on here haha

that's interesting actually haha. we have little signs like that around augusta too. cuz of the augusta canal, city was apparently THE city way back in the day before atlanta

I recently bought a Nikon D7000, 18-200VR II and a 70-300VRII and a SB 700 speedlight.

I have been into photography for over 30 years, but still feel very much the amateur ...Friends and family think I'm pretty good, but I always see the flaws ....ever a perfectionist I guess.

 

sounds like me with the stuff i'm "good" at. although i don't think i'm a good photographer, jus better than average I guess..

Joining this thread late. I too am into photography. I don't have any photographs with me at work but I will try to find something to post. I have been spending all of my time on the POTN forums.

I shoot with a Canon 7D, 24-105 mm f/4, 70-200 mm f/2.8 IS II, 85 mm f/1.8 and Sigma 30 mm f/1.4. I also have some studio gear.

I am waiting for the 5D Mark III to come out. Hopefully Canon will release it soon.
