Or not really, but 11,000 events doesn't really sell that well, so why not just lie about things?

Anyone who supports terrorists/terrorism is just as bad as the person that actually commits terrorism. I remember on 9/11 the citizens of middle eastern countries wagging their tongues and literally dancing in the streets after seeing the destruction and murder in NYC and Washington D.C.
You obviously have never been to a middle eastern country and seen/felt the hatred in the eyes of those who hate you just because of where you were born or are from.
Nice try Shosty.

Should we send you to Gitmo now or later?

This guy is a gigantic douche who doesn't know his *** from a hole in the ground.
I never said all people in the M.E. enjoyed seeing the twin towers on fire. Why is it that the most liberal people like to mis-represent what people say? Are you still sore about the Maserati comment?

I do not believe you can accurately quantify exactly the number of people in the world that laughed and celebrated 9/11. But I do believe that number is well into the millions. To think otherwise is simply not being realistic.
We must also remember that the man who wrote this book: http://www.amazon.com/Post-American-.../dp/039306235X is not one to be believed. The main source of hatred coming from the M.E. is not what America is, but what is in the Qur'an.
To call Beck's claim "absurd" is not accurate. If it were, 9/11 would not have been possible. Keep in mind a country that is our 'friend' produced the people that helped pay for and commit 9/11 (Saudi Arabian nationals).

And might you keep in mind that in Afghanistan "we" get shot down by RPGs "we" provided to people to fight off the Russians before we exerted our own dominance over people in the name of "freedom."
How many people rejoiced when we invaded Iraq in 2003? We did not act defensively, and are arguably "terrorists" to Iraq.
I haven't read that book. What is "wrong" with it?
Cite? It couldn't be our intervention in their politics and lives that pisses them off?
9/11 was executed by 19 people. So, uhm...

Glen Beck is nothing but a crazed blow hole that mimicked Limbaugh and has found an audience and boatload of money for spewing hatred and riling up the wing nuts!
Hab---you better be careful what you say about Bristol...my buddy Screwyou may get pissed again and go off on you...LOL!!!
I love my country but we are not an innocent country. Most of the idiots we are fighting today are the same ones that we propped up at one time. Our soldiers are getting killed with the same weapons that we gave the enemy!
Part of the reason that those in the Middle East were cheering was based upon our own arrogance. Think back to when we invaded Iraq the first time. CNN was showing Baghdad being bombed back to the stone age and we at home were enjoying the fireworks show. It is a lot different when you are on the other side of the bomb. While I'll admit it was cool seeing them able to zone in on a target and hit it with amazing accuracy, we may have been better served not bragging about it.
Are there Muslims out there that hate America? Absolutely! Are there Christians out there that hate America? Yeah. There are Americans that hate America.
To toss outrageous claims out there with no basis is reckless and stupid. It is just like AZ's governor spouting off that most of the illegal Mexicans were drug mules. I am sure some are but most have suffered at home and are seeking a better opportunity. Does that mean that we shouldn't guard the borders? Of course not...we should be adamant about guarding our borders and keep illegals out. It is just that it is less PC to demonize someone wanting better in life than it is to demonize a drug mule.
The reason Faux News is allowed to throw out so much stupid and false information stems back to a FL court case involving two reporters hired to investigate adding hormones to milk. Monsanto knows these hormones can get into milk and wanted to make sure Fox didn't call them out on it. So Fox told these reporters to basically lie in their report and they refused. They got fired and sued Fox citing Whistle blower laws. In the end, the courts decided Fox had the right to give false news if it so chose. They had no legal obligation to be truthful in their reports.
Thus they are able to distort the news however they see fit and it is perfectly legal. Got to love our legal system. They say justice is blind...sometime it is deaf, dumb and stupid too!

For one, you just can't help throwing insults, can you habs? Never said anything about an entire nation being liable. You truly do not know the definition of a bigot.
Timothy Mcveigh received justice for his sins. But yet, we continue to fight terrorism by Muslim terrorists on our soil. Ft. Hood, 9/11, etc. A simple google search will yield many more that I have forgotten.

Some people think that suicide bombing and other forms of violence against
civilian targets are justified in order to defend Islam from its enemies. Other
people believe that, no matter what the reason, this kind of violence is never
justified. Do you personally feel that this kind of violence is often justified
to defend Islam, sometimes justified, rarely justified or never justified?

That question doesn't gauge support for terrorism, but gauges support for self defense tactics. So unless you're willing to calling potentially a vast majority of Americans terrorists, then you must concede that the question is about defense of one's way of life, and not support of "terrorism."
Frank and Habibi. I've removed a few of your posts where you got off topic with the insults. Habibi, please discuss the subject without the personal insults.
