The best advice I can give you about midget humor is just don't do it, period.
I posted a midget joke here a while back and I got a bunch of hate mail from them.
At least I think it was hate mail, it was hard to read because the font was so small.

Excellent advice. Besides, possible reactions from the public aside, from a purely comedic standpoint midget jokes, by their very nature, are short on humor.
