I have no words......
You can tell which ones are real and which are staged.
I read something about this a few months ago. You can see that all, or most, of the staged scenes are taken over seas. Britain, France, etc., are stepping up their PSA's, or whatever they call them, to be more graphic so they have more of an effect on younger people. The video I saw some months ago dealth with teens and texting while driving.

Even though some of them are staged I'm sure it has happend before. Makes me not even want to drive.

The more poignant portions are staged without a doubt, but some of the filler material between is undoubtedly real. Some of it is almost a decade old and can be found by watching old episodes of shows like "Caught on Camera" and "Real Police Videos."
In any case, a horrifying video to be sure.
i agree. our PSAs need to stop being scared of making people squeem, and need to step up the game.
kind of like the original whudafxup commercials (now called thetruth.com). they slapped you in the face with some harsh stuff on those commercials, but then got slammed because they were being too explicit. WHO CARES!! it made people open their eyes to that stuff.

But people in general still don't pay enough attention so ads like this are good. The ad is about reality even though some of the scenes are staged. The events don't need to be actual accidents to have the intended effect (increase driver awareness). Most accidents are not caught on film.
