We still do a FEW things right in our "Governmentally Controlled, USA", don't we? Sometimes, regulations can be a GOOD thing. (Glad I'm not a lineman over there).

I saw stuff lke this all over my travels in Aisa. Even Hong Kong. Talk about being nervous to turn the coffee pot on... I really liked to see them using bamboo for 10 story plus construction scaffolding.
