Don't worry about India. As long as we Americans continue to work and pay our taxes, our government will take some of our money to pay to upgrade their infrastructure.

It is crazy. This is what the streets of this country looked like not so long ago. We've been able to improve our country. So can India.

if they were able to find money to build and maintain a nuclear arsenal.. they can pay to upgrade thier own electrical power system themselves.

Government regulations have very little to do with the safe/advanced electrical system we take for granted every day in America. This is one thing I am very familiar with since it is my field. Advances in the private sector in distribution and efficiency have made the difference.
