I love my truck

I have always liked my truck. But last night I loved it. I went to the bonfire and it is in the middle of a field. Well it rained yesterday morning so it was muddy. I got to spend 4 hours playing in the mud and pulling people out. It was great. Truck never let me down once. I pulled out at least 18 cars/trucks/suv's. And made 75 dollars cause I started charging in the end, lol. Once I realized that the tow trucks were charging $175 just to hook up, i started charging 20, lol. But I lost my oakley juliets . I am so angry about that. That was an awsome pair of glasses, and they cost over $300. So I am still -225 even after the night was over, lol. Oh well. Eveyone else tried to make it across the field and failed, haha. My truck just pulled and made it though everytime, most of the time with someone attatched to me, lol. I have some pics I will upload later.

Sadly I was unimpressed with the Texas Aggies preparedness. I was the only one out there with a true recovery trap and shackles to recover with. People were TRYING to use everything from ratchet straps to chains. Usually ended up in them getting stuck as well and I would pull them out to get them out of the way so I could get the person that was originally stuck out. Me and some buddies physically pushed out a few cars that were just a little stuck. I pulled out 3 tahoes, 2 suburbans, an expedition, 2 4x4 superdutys, 3 f150s, 2 cummins, 2 dodge half tons, a 4x4 Jimmy, a s10, a H3, and im sure im missing a few. Lol.

The only negative side is that my truck was spotless in the beginning of the night and now is covered in mud, and that I lost my sunglasses is a huge *** muddy field somewhere.

Edit: 2004 Supercrew 5.4l 4x4 6" lift 35" nitto terra grapplers that are on their last life. If i would have already had my Nitto Trail Grapplers it would have made the night that much more fun. Ha ha. one time I thought i was stuck until my buddy asked me why i wasnt in 4x4. Lol. I dont remember taking it out so I clicked it over and out of the hole I came.

Damn!

You really should start keeping a digital camera in your truck!

One of the girls that rode with me out there has some pics im just waiting on her to upload them. And I actually had 2 cameras in my truck, just didnt have time to take pics with them. With thousands of people out there, we were just trying to keep traffic flowing out. Even with my truck parked in the middle of the pasture with my strobe lights on directing traffic away from the mud, people still decided to try and make it. The only person that did was a subaru legacy awd. That guy hit it fast and just beasted his way though. Lol. It was great.

Said he had pictures to post. Hurry up and post them!

Oh and you FAILED. Last time I checked, My F-150 had a sunglass holder in the overheard compartment. Bet you wouldn't have lost your Oakleys if you'd listen to your truck more!

Well i forgot they were on my hat from earlier in the day. I just never thought about them until I was looking through the pics and saw one with them on my head, and the next they were not.

That's what you get for lettin' a girl play with your camera man... j/k

Looks like you had some fun...

The only serious pulling I've done was pulling some shrubs that were as tall as my house and deeply rooted. But the truck worked perfect.

That's when you start throwing the Hondas and Toyotas on the fire.
