I sure had my fair share of fun in high school, but I was always responsible about it. I wouldn't get "tanked" and I would only drink where I felt 100% comfortable doing it. I dont regret any decisions I made regarding alcohol, and have a clean record to show for it. I turned 21 yesterday, so now I'm not even worried about it.
