I'd suggest a Carfax on it. You never know it may have a salvage title, be a flood truck, factory lemon buy back, etc. If the price is too cheap, there is something wrong.

I agree with labnerd. Here's a perfect example of something being priced way too cheap!http://monroe.craigslist.org/cto/1117206612.html

If you go under the truck, on the frame, there is a metal tag, and it has the vin# on it.

It is located on the front end, near the bumper, on the left hand side frame rail.

You will easily be able to tell if it was defaced or otherwise tampered with.

This is just a plain internet scam, look at the email.

You email, and you'll get a responce that the truck is not avialable for viewing and to pay upfront for them to ship in the vehicle from where ever they claim it actually is.

I never tried the email. I figured something was definately fishy about that add when I saw the price. I've been looking in Texas,Mississippi and Arkansas for a used truck to buy and saw that same add in almost every city I looked at and almost every add posted the price was a couple dollar's difference.

Fraud F150

Thanks for the heads up. The joker claimed to be an AF Lt. being deployed to IRAQ. Only thing is different price & location. If it is too good to be true.................
