I'm glad Matt won, but hate when NASCAR calls races because of rain.

Anybody know...what's with those ugly hats all the drivers are wearing with those awful stripes?

One would think they would try to make a go of it tomorrow, what with the 500 being NASCAR's "Super Bowl" and all. Calling that race (or really any race, for that matter) is a slap in the face of the fans. Who's to say Kenseth would have had it at the end? Yes, it was only 48 laps until the finish, but "winning" a race sitting in your trailer is a travesty.

Methinks this has more to do with the fact that next weekend is in CA, more than not wanting to finish the race. God forbid the teams have to work double time if they had raced tomorrow.

Once a race is past halfway it cannot be continued tomorrow. However, I feel they should have waited until later to start it up again.

And to me, this is an asinine rule that should have never been put in place. No doubt they should have tried to race later tonight.

That was a BS block in the first place. Vickers "hit" Jr's car while going below the line to "block". Jr had a run on him, it wasn't for the lead... it was for the Lucky Dog spot.

Personally, I feel Vickers got what he deserved.

Yes, I agree. Junior did nothing wrong. That crappy woe is me attitude is why Vickers isn't with Hendrick any more.

Exactly, for a lap down. All he had to do was ease back into the racetrack, but no. Vickers did absolutely nothing wrong, defending his position.
