It was a balmy -7 degrees on the way to work this morning. :santa:

 

nice it was 0 last night with 30mph winds made the windchill -25 it was friggin cold!!!

 

mine had 1 degree on my way to work this morning and the wind chill was -11. i thought my hands were going to freeze to the steering wheel before the truck warmed up

 

Yeah it's technically something like 15 here but the wind chill sucks so much. We got around 1 and 1/2 to 2 feet of snow this past weekend. About damn time!

 

We had -30 to -40 windchill over the weekend. Last Monday the hot water pipe going to my kitchen sink froze. Took 6 hours to thaw it out because it was frozen beneath the kitchen floor and I have a finished basement with sheet rock ceilings. There was no way to get to the pipes without cutting through the floor or ceiling. All I could do was put a space heater in the cabinet under the sink and hope it would thaw. Luckily it did.

Same here, with a wind chill of -11. 12 above now with little wind seems almost warm compared to yesterday with 20mph winds.

 

it was 4* last night on my way home from work last night (about 830)

i dont even know what the windchill was.

 

Couple three beers tonight and that might start to look pretty good.....

Where are you at? Today was the first day in N. Fla to go below 60 all winter.

 

The bank clock said -12 at 6:45this morning on the way to work. When we started setting trusses at 9:00 it was -9 and it warmed up to +3 sometime this afternoon. It actually wasn't too bad today, there wasn't any wind. The only problem was that all of our air hoses froze up so we had to hand nail everything.
