COD4 isnt that graphically intense. My computer's framerate is nearly 190 with a 24" monitor. DX9 graphics in general are not very stressful. When you have DX10 and add all the physics stuff in there, the graphics become much more stressful, especially dust graphics.

Get vista and run Crysis, or even Bioshock. Your computer will be greatly stressed, i guarentee it.

A Mac could never even boot Crysis. As long as you run disk defrag once a week and keep your AV up to date, get rid of all the bloatware, and be smart where you click, theres zero issues. I have no problem doing this when receiving the huge performance benefits of a truly built PC over the greatly overpriced Macintosh machines.

I also have a 5 year old dell PC with a P4 that runs as fast as it did new, because i take care of it.

My brothers run PC's and all they do is complain about the cantacerous things and the viruses in spite of running anti-virus software. i like the low blood pressure and intend to keep it that way. I had to use PC at work and wanted to throw the dang thing out the window at least once a day. PC's sure kept the tech guys busy. No thanks! Mac may cost more but they're worth every penny for the tranquil lifestyle they bring with them.
Next time you try to use big words like cantankerous, spell them right.
And know why tech guys are busy? Know why your brother complains about his PC? Because of operator error that's why. Macs do EVERYTHING for the lazy asses that screw up computers because of their own ignorance, taking the operator error factor almost completely out of the equation.

OH YEAH, check out this mac commercial.

Here's another piece of evidence as to just how retarded Apple is. This is from the actual iTunes End User License Agreement.

ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Who the **** would use iTunes to make WMD's?!

I agree with all you said mSall. It doesn't take much common sense to stay virus free and it's pretty simple to keep them running well. In the 9 years I've been using them I've never had an actual virus. A little spyware/malware/adware? Sure but nothing serious and mostly due to my own fault.

I have an old P4 2.2 from back when it was the latest and greatest thing with a whopping 512mb rambus in it. It still runs as good as it did back then and I currently have it hooked to my tv just to watch movies.

Did anyone else see the story about the guy that paid to get his stole Mac back? Guess he really loves it. -->Story<--.

I LOVE my macbook pro. I used to be a big time windows guy and played a ton of games. I really don't play games anymore and the only time I use windows is for my media server in the living room. Everything else I do on OS X. I'm not saying one is better than the other, but I do love how slick the interface is for OS X. Everything just flows better.

I was going to respond to your post but I don't think I'll waste the time. The high point of your day is pointing out a misspelled word. You're a good candidate for PC alright. I think your own arguments make my point. Someone is retarded alright and it's not Apple. The argument that Apple makes things easy is like saying "no thanks" to the starter, I'd rather crank my F-150.
