First off.. so sad about your condition. Sorry to hear and despite your beliefs, I WILL pray for you. But sorry, The answer isn't to insure everyone. That is the same thing as universal health care. How do you pay the uninsured to be insured? With tax payer money. And in your condition you do have health care. It isn't helping you much is it? There needs to be a reform on litigation. Malpractice needs to be prosecuted. But things are out of hand. Fix that and insurance rates will fall, making it more affordable to others. There are other things that can be done that I can't think of. But socialist health care will destroy the best system on earth.

It took some time, but I have accepted my situation, and come to grips with things. I wasn't trying to make this about myself, I was just giving a first hand example of how this system sucks, even if you do work hard, pay taxes, and dot all your i's and cross all your t's.

I'm glad things are working out for you and your wife.
