he has spent at least 20 years being indoctrinated in a militant racist black fundamentalist church Is this what you beleive---please, let's see the substantiated proof; until then, OPINION

most of his very few proposed "plans" would be right at home in Stalin's RussiaOPINION

obama is a empty suit with the media driving his campaign with no substance JUST because he is a black liberal OPINION

his cronies have said that mccains military service and subsequent pow status do not make him qualified to be commander in cheif.....but being a senator from IL and never having been in military service does Irrelevant point; Lincoln never served in the miltary, How many others never served in the military?

there those are the points to start with actually answer the these statements with actual rebuttal and we can have a debate otherwise dont bother

all of you that are obama supporters seem to forget that we ask direct questions and as obama supporters you don't answer. The above are statements please defend you candidates position on these points
Still more OPINIONS---come on make statements---use statisitics or research---do not make "statements" that are really nothing more than your point of view.

For what it is worth, I support neither candidate--but I do beleive the electrion will be closer than many actually think it will be.

Holy crap! You can't possibly compare those two Churches, much less Kennedy and Obama! Modern spin on old news.

My point guys, is this---racicm, Catholicsm, i disregard both...

People say Obama will be (or already is) horribly racist. People then said that Kennedy would take his political orders from the Pop. I find both to be ludicrous.

They had the opportunity to get that oil drilled, but in six years it was not accomplished. Maybe it is not the fault of the Reds and the Blues---it is the fault of the government---its lack of foresight...

Come on, Chris, you are better than that!

and I will answer you without sarcasm or flip

yes they had a majority of votes for 6 years between 2000-2006 when gas prices were between $1.50-$2.35 a gal with steady not skyrocketing fuel prices

anwar is a national preserve thank to Bill Clinton D-Arkansas

since it is a national preserve it takes a super majority to release it from federal control and open it for exploration

in the years 2000-2006 the republicans did not have a super majority nor do the democrats have a super majority now even with gas prices hovering around $2.35 a gal in 2006 it would have been imposable to get a super majority vote to say the sky was blue let alone to get the restriction on anwar lifted.

now as far as the moratorium on the offshore drilling you have to get a president, HOR, congress, to all vote the same way and no one body wants to be the first simply because the media and the greenie weenies will tear them apart even at the time that bush did have a majority in congress not all republicans would vote for it so now you have to get votes from across the Isle and that only seemed to work going to war anything else is a no go getting co-operation from the dems so you see it is not alays as simple as wanting it to get done if you do not have the votes it does not get done

mccain was never really tight with Bush so how can it be a flip flop when he was already distanced from bush? and BTW WTF does that have to do with obamas voting record?

holy crap its even the "opinion" of the NPR what would you like for truth his own admission?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jc2FC...eature=related how much more proof than this do you really need to prove wright is a racist ever bit as much as the KKK

if you are intellectually dishonest enough to not draw a exact parallel between liberal ideals and communism nothing I can say or show you will change your mind

show me anything of substance from obamas campaign other than flip floping on campaign contributions

again if you are going to intellectually dishonest I'm not sure how to put this so you can understand it McCain is a hero and a patriot all of those years in a pow camp the famed Hanoi Hilton without breaking has flown missions and faced things I am not sure would not drive both of us stark raving mad you can actually say that a bureaucrat with no experience at all is more qualified and yes Lincoln may not have been military but that was a long time ago lets look a little less far back into history Billy Clinton was a draft dodging *** and he was a terrible commander in chief cutting our military and delegating security of us interests to U.N. troops not under our direct order

there if its not enough fact there are pages and pages and pages of much more intelligent people than you and I who will say exactly what I have said here

the ball is in your court

I've been watching these debates from the sidelines because it really is interesting to see both sides defend their positions.

What I personally love about a good debate is that both sides gain a greater respect for the complexity of an idea, and learn how to criticize in productive ways based on facts and logic.
Some people do anyway.

Chris , PO, and a few others, your constant derogatory comments such as "Dumbocrats" and "Obama mama" do nothing to constructively criticise.
All this does is bring you down to a level of infant like behaviour, and shows you have no respect for anyone else's ideas or positions.

How can you be taken seriously when you resort to a level of insults and derogatory comments when trying to make a point?

Maybe the word "Dumbocrats" might have been funny the first time, but after a while it gets old real quick.
If you say "Democrats are dumb because ( valid answer)
Then fine, you make your claim and defend your position, but to just blindly insult everyone who happens to be a Democrat because it goes against your beliefs is not only
wrong, but extremely immature.

I know a lot of you guys are better than that, so maybe now is not a bad time to grow up.

Carry on.
WTF? I was shocked to NOT find "Mental Defect" in your post
