I ate at the one in Bossier City a lot... about 15 years ago. I lived in Leesville for about 5 years, and didn't know they had one in DeRidder. Maybe they didn't back then.
One of my friends owns a Chinese Buffet here in NC. His customer base is 50% Mexican. I mentioned Pancho's to him and his mind started racing with the idea of opening a Mexican Buffet here.
Good thing you bought stock in the company that manufacturers Depends. Those are coming in quite handily for you.

my wife is a cop in the air force. i was a grunt in the army. when you're doing security, i've learned to plan for the worse and hope for the best. i would MUCH rather be over prepared than under.
