I guess I need more confidence... hmm... How do I gain confidence?!

I know this is sooo stupid, but seriously, this is a real, true learning experience. Something that I haven't really talked about too much with my friends.

Also, please let me know if there is any other suggestions. I'm willing to try anything, within reason.

 

Working out helps you feel more confident. You will have more energy, build muscle and cut body fat. Working out was probably one of the biggest contributing factors in boosting my confidence. Working out didnt really change the way I looked, more just changed the way I felt. Also go buy some new clothes. Maybe nothing is wrong with the clothing you currently have, but a new look for a fresh start. Just remeber all this is mental, do whatever YOU need to do to feel like a million bucks

 

Maybe I shouldn't preach but damn dude!, don't try to be so proper. As I said before, girls almost always fall for some moron who just wants in their panties. I'm not saying to be like that, but try to not care what anyone else thinks of you. Joke around, try to make what they say in to a joke that puts them down, but make it clear that you are joking by laughing.
