Need to buy GPS by Saturday under $200

hey all. I need advice on this GPS.

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1172880157518

i need to buy it by saturday. My sister is going to boston to look for houses for when she goes there for the summer. I will be buying it back from her at the end of summer, but she needs it now. She can only afford something under $200, so i was wondering what the GPS geniuses knew about that garmin GPS on sale right now. Give me all the details. Does it talk? does it do bluetooth crap? is it good? etc etc. Thanks!

EDIT: i can go up to $250. So if there is one slightly better maybe if its worth the extra money ill do it.
for example, the 260 model..

I have that one. It doesn't have bluetooth but it talks, has many features that you will figure out, and is very user friendly. Very accurate on the speed too. You won't be dissappointed if you buy that.

thanks. the 260 model is going for $240. Im trying to find out what advantages it has. Looks like one of em is that the voice reads out the street names. might be something id want to have.

ok i need advice.

the garmin 200 does not come with voice commands, and the voice does not say street names to you, however in the specs, it says it does have downloadable functionality, and the ability to connect to a PC through USB. The garmin 260 DOES have voice commands and you will hear the street names in the voice directions, but it says it does not have downloadable functionality, and there is no USB hookup to a PC. Is downloading stuff and hooking it up to a PC that important that i would need to go to the lower one, while sacrificing being able to hear street names?

I think im gonna go with the Mio. Only 140 from amazon, says street names, and you can make multiple destination trip. Like if I wanted to stop by Savannah, ga on my way from Fl to NJ. I could just type it in and go.

The nuvi 200 WILL tell you to turn in .5 miles, 200 feet etc, it will NOT tell the street names etc. It will display the street names on the screen as, "turn right in 300 feet on grand bvd." or something like that I believe.

I have Nuvi 200W and love it. Garmin IMO is the best way to go. You could also get the 200, only difference is the screen size.

i got the garmin 200 normal screen for $160 plus a 2 year warranty from best buy. Sweet deal IMO. i only tried it out down the road. will have to wait until i go on a long ride to charge it. once its charged up, can i leave it plugged in as long as i want? I guess the AC would have been nice in the 260 but this 200 is nice.

I'd run it through a few cycles but i'm not sure if you can keep it plugged in. If you don't care about the battery ever loosing its life you could leave it plugged in.

ok im not crazy about charging the thing while my vehicle is off, so if i charged it while i was driving, and once i reached the full battery point ( will it tell me ? ) i can just take it out, and then drive without it plugged in, and then when it gets to a low battery, just drive with it plugged in charging.

if that makes any sense .
