If your wife sees this I doubt you will get to get up in her business for the foresee-able future

I think this weekend I'm going to finally get more work done on my console. Make the connecting piece to the dash. Been sitting on that stuff for almost 2 months. So nice having it in when I'm driving.

Yupp!

I would like to beat the engineer with my breaker bar for putting the hole on the tensioner in the worst spot imaginable so you have to fight the fan shroud and CAC tube to get the belt loose.

It always feels good to finish projects like that.

Today is going by quickly. But then again I did get to work about 75 minutes later than I normally do.

I feel better knowing it's not just me. It still only took me a half hour to get it done 20 minutes to get the belt off and ten to take the alternator off and clean up.

No doubt -- I've been very careful to keep my feeling of elation obscured from her! On Monday night she asked me what it was like around the house that day and I merely replied, "Lonely." Then when I walked around the corner I did a silent fist pump that looked like I had just struck out the final batter in Game 7 of the World Series.....
