Been snooping around on the internet for a late-70's or early-80's Corvette with low mileage. I know they're not real performance cars, but the late C3's were the ones I remember brand new as a young boy and thought they were the bomb! To me, those vehicles will always be what I think about when someone says, "Corvette".....

There are a ton of low-mileage '78's (the Indianapolis 500 Pace Car edition) out there, but I have never been a huge fan of the silver interiors they put in those cars. The metallic maroon color from that era with a black interior would be my preference, but I'm more interested in getting a pristine example than I am of getting the exact color I want.

Just rolling it around in my head as a possible alternative to an '02 or '03 Thunderbird.....

I think more people have gone to faster social media style outlets. I think the lack of us having a solid mobile platform for many years has been a big turn off for keeping casual users that visit several different forums

Took my truck in yesterday for it's first oil change. Asked about when the '15's are due in and they said probably at the end of the year. They still have a '13 left to get rid of. For a little country dealer they sell some vehicles. Only dealer within 15 miles in either direction...well at least it's a Ford dealer!
