Actually, they are. The tails are like white meat of a chicken. I love the cajun dishes that use them.

That's one thing I always look forward to on race weekend, some Cajuns a few spots down always bring TONS of crawfish and everyone comes by and takes what they want.

One more day and then its back to Chicago for the summer.

Going to a car show Saturday where we get to drive on the Autobahn Country Club track, Chicagoland Speedway, and Route 66 drag strip.

Stopped and took pics this morning....wasn't able to drive it though....going to pic it up tonight....

my lmc interior Chrome door handles showed up yesterday also....going to replace the stock ones that the Chrome is peeling off of....that stuff cuts a persons hand fingers really good...

thinking about lowering it another inch in the back.....hmmm
