Not bad, Patrick. The emergency appendectomy threw me a curve but I'm at 304# now and still losing. Considering I was in the 330's and maybe more I think I'm doing well.

Jury duty today... Had a old pos Infiniti have a tire explode and loose control on the way here. Happened directly in front of me. They went into the start of the woods off the highway. A few people stopped. Bet the tires were dry rotted
