Been thinking about rebuilding and selling my motocross bike and picking up a project car/truck. Recovery time from crashing just isnt what it use to be

Sucks to get old doesn't it.......

Played racquetball for an hour last night and the got on my bike to go for a cool down ride and I made it about a 1/4 of mile before my left knee said "you are a dumb *** for doing this". I twisted it three weeks ago and it still hurts if I move wrong or push to hard.

Morning Dave, if Im hurting longer now I could only imagine what Ill be like when Im Jim's age
Knee injuries are no fun, seem to stay alot longer than others. I tore my ACL snowboarding 3 years ago and still hurts time to time.
