Last night, on a stretch of I-45 of about 30 miles, with a slight tail wind, I averaged 24.9 mpg. For the whole trip, I got 21.2. That was with the cruise set at 70.

If you new she was coming, you could pull over, throw some debris in the road, open your hood half way, park on an angle and lay down in the middle of the road breathless, -in the snow angel position ?

That's great. I can get that with my 4.6L. Not quite 25, but 22 is average.

Honestly, I think that's great Gotts. I had it as high as 23.6 or something like that w/cruise. My highway speed is 77/78 mph. I noticed they use a lot of aluminum in that model. Well, the Grand Marquis anyway.
